Mission Statement

This will be a place where I will do my best to gather up some of the great known and unknown rock writers I have encountered to contribute essays about their favorite albums ever. I have been on a few message boards where I have read people who are able to write about music with a tangible passion that has inspired me to continue to listen to new sounds and give other bands a chance. I still have not been convinced of the genius of My Bloody Valentine's "Loveless" but I know a few who swear by it and it will be represented here. This will not only be about my tastes but anyone who takes the time to email me myfavoritealbumever@yahoo.com the majority of your voices will eventually be heard. If I get multiple responses for a particular album I will make my choice as fairly as possible and possibly add a few quotes from the others. While I won't say if you send me something it becomes my property or some nonsense; however once I receive it, you are allowing me to post it with no monetary gain or punishment here forth. This is just meant to be a fun exercise and to shed a little light on records that more people should be enjoying. It's also an excuse to get myself writing again as I have become a workaholic and need a creative outlet again.
